Condition: Good, I'd say. I played it recently and it still sounded fine, with no skips but with intermittent crackling and popping on both sides. The vinyl looks fairly clean on Side 1 but there's a slightly dirty patch on Side 2. The labels are clean with no noticeable wear. The jacket is somewhat scuffed with wear around the edges.
